What happens if you cant pay back your loans and you close your bank account?

There was one of those posts that said "Moderated." I went to delete it and there were pictures that even made these calloused eyeballs pop! Paul tells me only moderators can see these posts! My question is why do we have to? If they are deleted in the moderators section why do they show up in the forums for anyone to see? What will be next? I hate to imagine! It is one thing to delete posts about male enhancement drugs but to see their results first hand is too much for this site! Had to vent! Sorry!

After spending countless hours with discover who finally came to agreeable terms of debtor paying 40% of the debt. The catch is to come up with the payment today . I'm thinking in my head that this guy is a troll. I mean whos got 15 k sitting in their account. And why are they all pushing today as last day ? Because end of month ? What should I do ? If I initiate contact on Monday or Tuesday of next month , do you think they might agree to payment plan ? I am just asking two or three installment. Also normal for discover to ask for payment first before releasing settlement paper?

I'm trying to negotiate reasonable terms with Discover and B of A. Both of them are requesting payment up front half before sending settlement paper. Is this normal ? Both of the loans are with original creditors. Ben

About 5 years ago I had an unexpected pregnancy and everything went down hill, I didn't have a ton of debt....maybe $3,000 which I was handling fine. I found out I was pregnant and was fired from a cocktail waitress job where I made good money for getting preg. I began having some pretty serious medical issues concerning my kidney and was put on bed rest, my debt went into default and I became very depressed. I also had to drop out of school so my st loan came due at the same time and my pell grant was taken away so I all of the sudden owed $1650 to my college as well.

I have received several calls from these IDIOTs all throughout today! I told them that I never took a payday loan out withAdvancs cash USA. I admit I have several PDL's out and in default but Tthese guys did not sound legit. They used American fictitious names. ie "Elizabeth White, Ryan Martin" and could not speak English! They could not ennounciate words! They even stated they were"Officers!!" I laughed! I got nastyand rude with the "Ryan Martin" one and said "Cease and Besist!

i got a call from the bam about a pay dAy loan that i havent heard from in 2 years. I listen to there threat of "if you dont make an arrangment today, legal action is going to happen. Well i was stupid enough to give them my debit card number and they told me i will have to pay 3 payments of 130 dollars at the end of the next 3 months. I asked them to send documentation of this agreement and they agreed to. Its been 2 weeks no paperwork so therefore i closed my checking account before they took the funds.
