I have a student loan that is being reported by 3 different agencies. Dept of education, direct loan services and another collector. The first 2 reports do not hold the loan, it is held by company number 3. How do i get the DoE and direct loan off my credit report since they do not hold the loan and i do not make payemnts to them.

Had a CAP ONE account sold to Portfolio Recovery back in 2/09. I was already under hardship with CAP ONE making minimum payments of $17.75. No letter was sent to me but phone calls starting pouring in later that year. I have sent this small amount of money through my changing of jobs consistently the whole time. The amount I owed CAPONE at the time of sale was $5473. I now have some money put aside to make a pennies on the dollar offer. How do i begin settling?

Does anyone have an updated address for NCO Financial. I have been getting phone calls from them and wish to send a DV letter due to the fact that I recently did a credit report on myself and found and did not find any negative reports that I was not aware of.Any help with an address would helpful. I have cognitive issues and it was just too complicated to get online: All I wanted to do is change my billing date from the 5th to the 10th as I started to get Social Security Disability checks and they come on the 4th. If I do debt consolidation how long will it take to finish and be totally done with this debt?

I have over $10,000 in debt, and I understood that I then qualified for 60% reduction in debt? It does not appear to be true? What's up with that? What is the purpose?
