I Don't no who these guys are or about this company or who they got on my credit report. how can I get these jokers off my credit report?

My husband and I are looking to use Fast track to assist us with our major debt. We want to know if there has been anybody that has used them for atleast 3 months. I am looking for advice as well some referrals so I know that nothing is wrong with this company. They are not apart of the BBA but there are alot of complaints.

I have received a collection letter for a debt that is past the SOL. They are offering a settlement and if the settlement is not accepted then they have threatened to file a judgment. Can they do this since as stated this debt is past the SOL??

Hello all, I made the mistake of taking out a couple of payday loansn (Gateway Holdings and CWB Services) and ended up defaulting after making payments on previous loans. I live in the state of Wisconsin. Anyway, I am having an aggressive "law firm" by the name of Friedman and Associates saying that they will serve me papers at my place of employment since I have not cured my default. Both were online loans, so I am guessing they really don't have a leg to stand on. They refuse to give me their physical address, so I can send them a Cease and Desist Letter and request for validation.

Help, I am in Iowa and have a $300 loan from Mexsend SAPI, My Web Funds. I don't know if they are legal in Iowa, if not I need an address to put on a validation letter. Please help

And it is in every thread I am looking at. If anyone wants to know why traffic is so down in here, it is reasons like this.

Has anyone had to deal with these people. I am guessing one of the Payday loans I had, has sent them information because they called me today. I will be calling them back, but just curious if anyone else has information on them? What should I say to them and should I send them a C&D letter? I live in california and the couple of payday loans I had are illegal. I stopped paying after I found this out and they have not wanted to work with me. I was just about to send out the C&D letters to the creditors, but then Harbinger called me. Thanks

I am hoping that someone can help me. We just got served a summons this morning and have 30 days to answer. The summons is coming from a CapOne CC that is in my husband's name. My husband is unemployed and I make minimum wage and that is why we can not pay the monthly payments. We are needing some help as to how to handle this. What is the first step we take? Please help.

I would like some community advice on how to go about repairing my credit, let me lay it out as best I can and perhaps I might get some valuable advice to help expedite my home buying process. On my credit report, I have 3 outstanding debts. I paid them all off, as they were small.
