Hello all, First of all, thank you to anyone that is reading this post, and for any advise you can give me. I am in way over my head with payday loans. Due to alot of medical bills and college tuition bills, I stupidly have taken out 8 pdl's in the past few months. I am now stretched beyond my paycheck, and do not know what to do. i am not at the point where i have collections, im starting to fall behind on payments, but at this early stage no one wants to help

So I have a bit of a gambling problem and spent all of my money playing poker (I will stop now but its a bit late). MY debts are -1100 on my debit card and a total of 5600 spread out on 4 credit cards (all are maxed or near maxed). I will be able to get my debit card back in the positive by the end of the month and I will be able to pay my bills. My problem is that I was accepted into a program to teach english abroad, I am supposed to be leaving in 4 months. I need about 6000 to do this and I spent all the money I had saved up.

First question: Are they licensed to operate in Kentucky? Synopsis: My wife, unknown to me, took out a loan with these people. She is repaying the loan off @ $75.00 per month. I check my on-line bank statement and not only have they taken out the $75.00 monthly payment for this month but on the same date 5/10/2010, the took out an additional $50.00 and refuse to talk to the wife on the phone about it. I have no details to review about this so called "SCAM" of a loan and I know they will not talk to me because I am not listed on the paper work (if any even exists).

I currently have 3 internet payday loans and I feel like I am sinking. Cashnetusa $300 (just renewed) ezpaydayloan $500 paydayone $400 I am in Louisiana and I am trying to find the best way to pay these guys so I can get my life back. I just renewed cashnetusa and my 1st payment will come out on 5/28 for $115.50. ezpayday I paid 120 on 4/30 and I will pay 120 on 5/14 but they are telling me I am only paying fees that I still owe the full bal of the loan, paydayone I paid $112.50 on 4/30 and I am due to pay 128.75 on 5/14.

This site is great, I'm learning a lot. Just a question. I've got a B of A cc that's nearing the 180 day charge off date (about a month away). Am I more likely to get a better settlement dealing with B of A, or should I let it charge off and try negotiating with the CA. Any examples of personal experiences and what percentage you were able to negotiate would be appreciated. Thanks again for all the great info.

We agreed for $125 to be drawn out of our account for my daughter's debt. The withdrew $125 3 times every month without our permission and they continue to violate their own agreement with us.

My federal tax refund was "intercepted" by West Management for a 30 yr old student loan that I don't even rememmber. Should I contact them to set up payment plan?
