I have been sued by fia card services, but not been served. What do i do now?

I went with Allegro Law Firm to consolidate my loans about a year and a half ago. Now I find that they are being sued and going bankrupt. Is is possible to use another debt consolidation firm. They stopped paying my debt in February 2010 but they have been taking out the money from my bank account. Is there anything I can do?

I posted here before that CITI bank sue me for credit card debt of $11k. I called their attorney's office again today & they needed $8k to settle my debt which i do not have that amount. I told them that if ever i have some money?

I have been dealing with payday loans since january of this year and i went to my bank on several times to have my account closed and was adv due to pending debits from the loans i could not close. Once the bank became aware of my situation and not allowing me to close my account ,that account now stands at $2600 overdrawn and i received a letter they are going to charge it off in 10 days. Every 2 weeks each of my 8 payday lenders resubmit their amnts due adn sometimes twice a week in 2 payments.

I am in NY state and cancelled all automatic debits from my checking account and sent the template letter to my 4 payday loan lenders on 3/30/10. To this date I have not heard back from 2 of them (EZPaydayCash (UC Financial) & USFastCash). However, the other 2 keep sending me e-mails saying my account is in collections. The first 2 e-mails had the subject line saying "Stop The Phone Calls!" I sent them each an e-mail reminding them that I will only pay back exactly what I have borrowed and no more, and to please send me a mailing address to which I can send my payment.

This one is an affiliate marketer I think! He has posted four times with the same link! I sent him a PM! Lets see what happens!

I took out a payday loan with VIPCASh on line but have not been able to repay the loan. This loan was taken out in December of 2009. Well anyway VCS well they told me the name of their comany was VCF Associates had been calling my phone threatening me and saying that i needed to pay or they were going to send the sheriff to my house to pick me up on fraud charges.

If the deleted link, say more than seven years old, you might just forget about it. After all, the statute of limitations and the credit reporting time limit have both expired. There are moral obligations to consider, too. Paying back what you owe is the right thing to do. _________________ deleted link
