I have few loans for school and credit cards that have been sent to collection agencies and i would like to start fixing my credit and paying off my dept, what consolidation program that will work for me? i would like to consolidate both the school loans and the credit card dept together and just make one monthly payment?

I have 4 outstanding payday loans. One with Cash Net USA, which I see from other posts is a legal CSO in Texas however I am not sure about the others and am having a hard time getting info on them. Ameriloan, which I think I have seen on here before is illigal in all 50 state, is this correct or not? Loan Point USA, I can not find anything on and Itegrity Advance, also can not find anything on. I have already opened a new acct. and will be closing my old acct on Monday. My only worry is that my bank has confirmed that an ACH debit can force my acct.

I was recently solicited by Town & Country Acceptance Corp. I would like to know a bit more information about them. Can anyone tell me something good about them before I make a bad decision?

Hello. Hopefully someone can help me figure out what to do next. I'll try to make this short. Stopped paying on a WAMU acct in March 2009 about the time Chase took over. Could not get the acct settled so it charged off. Received correspondence from Riexinger & Assoc. saying they represented Riverwalk Holdings , blah blah blah. I have sent 2 dv letters to Riverwalk Holdings - also sent copies to Riexinger & Associates.

What should the wording say in an agreement before I send the money to a CA. Balance 0, is this ok? I don't know if CA will put paid in full. CA faxing me 3 page agreement friday, I need to know what to look for in the agreement, to make sure I'm not going to be billed for the unpaid amount from cc if another CA picks it up. The cc charged off, I'm sure cc will put charge off on credit report and CA will put 0 bal I think.
