All - I am trying to help my boyfriend eliminate his debts. Recently he went to purchase a new car and found that there were 3 accounts showing as delinquent on his cridt report that he didn't remember anything about - one from Chase, one from Caiptal One, and one for his college. After calling Chase and Capital One, it appears that both accounts have been turned over to collection agencies - NAFS for one, and someplace else for the other. I think both debts are around $800 according to his credit report.

My problem with my credit is very serious since I have like 5 accounts in my credit reports that are mine but they appear 11 that are not mine but they are from my oldest sister the issue is that her name and social security number appear on my credit reports and since they say that the difference between my social security number and my oldest sister only differ from the last two digits there is a miss match and i dont now how to solve it.

I'm just wondering if this is what Collect America/Square Two is doing to me. I've looked up CACH/Collect America/Square Two's license in the TN database and they don't have one. So is that why they got a local TN law office to send the dunning letter and to deal with them? Because it went from Collect America to JA Cambece but I never heard anything from them after a dunning letter. Now, months later, I get a dunning letter from a law office here locally. Are they allowed to use a law office as a proxy to deal with debtors if they aren't licensed in the state?

Anyone ever deal with an entity called T3leads that payday loan lenders with people who use T3leads applications? It???s one of those third-party deals, and I believe them to be responsible for consumers who applied for a PDL automatically entering in loan agreements with IPDLs without actually signing the documents as with Nationwidecash and CashNetUsa.com. Any contact info on 3leads? I want them to stop sending these bottom feeders my information! God knows who 3leads sell your info to, PDLs, criminals, organized crime, etc.
