Cash Jar and Auth Reversals

Hi, I live in MN. I borrowed $475 from CashJar in Jan of this year. They have taken over $1200 from our account since, and not one dime has went to principal. I sent them a cease and desist letter today as well as visited my bank. Unfortunately, because the dollar amount changes each time they withdrawal, my bank cannot put a stop payment on the ACH. I filled out paperwork to send back the last 60 days worth of payments to them. My bank will credit these, but I wonder how CashJar will respond? I will most likely end up closing my account because of them.

what is the best way to contact credit card companies and request an alternate payment plan for 12 months? should I call them and speak to someone in their debt managment department (if one exists) or send a letter to the correspondence address?

FIA Address Error

When FIA Card Services inherited my credit account from Wachovia bank, they associated the account with a Texas address (I live in PA) and the wrong SSN (off by one number) and reported this information to the Credit Bureau. I never received statements from them and got what I thought was a "replacement" card from Wachovia which I was making payments. One year later, I was reported to a collections agency with my perfect credit totally wrecked. When I learned of this, I paid the balance minus all the late fees that weren't my fault and they settled the account.

Chase won't settle with me, why?

I am about 50 days late with a Chase visa about $15K. They started calling a few weeks ago and I got the special offer from Rose, which is a lowered interest rate and a new letter today about a BLP balance liquidation program where they close the account and change the interest rate to zero and let you pay it off in 60 mos. I am trying to settle at 30% which I know many here have done. I called chase a few weeks ago and offered 30% to settle (maybe that was my mistake). The rep on the line asked if I could do a few hundred more than I was offering, I said yes.

What do you say to these people?

Some of you already know my situation, but for those of you who don't - I want to clarify up front that I am not a dead beat and had always paid my bills until some unfortunate accidents, health issues and some crooked attorneys took everything away from my family. My husband and I both are totally disabled and still trying to raise a child. I have a question about medical collectors. It's easy to say pay them some each month, but if you've ever been faced with what we have - you will quickly come to understand that is not possible.

Zakheim & Assoc post-suit

Ok, so what do I do now? I was sued by Zakheim, showed up in court and the judge threw the case out. 2 years later they mailed papers via regular mail that they were suing me again but since it wasn't registered or certified mail or an official summons of any sort I thought it was just bullying. I was wrong, didn't show up in court and the suit went against me. I didn't respond until they mailed me the copy of the judgement at which point I sent a letter to the judge directly explaining that I never got proper notification, I even sent a copy of what I did get.

One click cash

So I get this call from One Click Cash saying they want to settle with me. I use the info I have learned on this website and state that I am a Florida resident and have paid $480 in fees alone on a $400 loan they gave me, and that I want a Paid In Full letter. They get a supervisor on the line that says that in the loan signing process I signed something that states that I waive my rights for my state and have to follow the laws of theirs. Is this bogus or could there be such a thing? Also, one thing I did forget to ask is for their license number.
