I e-mailed and faxed Ameriloan requesting a PIF and refund because they're not licensed to lend in Utah. It's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard anything from them directly. However, today I received a notification from the BBB letting me know Ameriloan had responded to my complaint against them. This was the response:

We recognize this complaint as a response to information circulating the Internet. This information is full of mis-leading and inaccurate statements.
