I have 6 payday loans ez loan $875.00, cash america 375.00, cash store 1240.00, cash box 400.00, check and go 875.00, ace 350.00 I have already closed my checking account. What do I do now?:confused:

If I'm the one that needs to bring it up how long should I wait from the time i stop making payments?

So after sending "bite me" ACH revocation letters to my 2 illegal loan companies, and a "nice" ACH revocation/EPP request to my legal one, the situation is as follows: CashnetUSA - responded very promptly and favorably, arranged a very reasonable payment plan for the remaining balance with no further accrual of fees or interest. Loanpoint USA & Integrity Advance - according to my bank, there have been no ACH debit attempts against the closed account since the letters were sent, so they appear to have (for now) honored the ACH revocation.

OK so a few weeks ago I posted that I was having issues with 5 payday loan companies, all of which were illegal. These companies were: One Click Cash Ameriloan Magnum Instant Cash USA Zip19 Most I have paid on interest only, but it's more than the principle. Anyways, I put a balance hold on my bank account so they can't get more money and then sent out cease and desist letters through email. To date, none of them have responded! In the letter, it says that I give them 5 days to respond. Obviously, they haven't done this, and I have resent the letters twice already to each party.

I have 3 pdls. United Cash Loans $300 took out in 9/09 - have paid $960 so far in fees East Side Lenders $500 loan in 12/09, have paid $1200 so far and SSM Group $300 in 9/09 have paid $960 so far. I have revoked Debit Authorization and they keep debiting my account. I spoke with my bank and they are acting like I'm the criminal! I have a ton of NSFs because of these loans and have been reported to Chexsystems so I can't get another bank account and my bank won't give me a new account without reapplying (which I won't get because of the NSFs).

if a company is garnashing my wages, and I call them to work something out, would they be able to stop the garnishment if we worked out payments?

Ok here is my question for you. I am unemployed for 1 have been since June 09 2nd my health is not that good but not good enough to get disability 3rd am restricted to working 20 hours a week if I could find a job is there any way to get these guys off your back because of this. The last collection agency left me alone for over a year and now these guys have the bill. I can't deal with this crap as this is what makes my illness worse because of all the harassing phone calls and never ending mail. I don't have the money and never will unless I'm dead. Please advise.

Iv been trying to find out if the PDL's i borrowed from are legal/licensed in FL. Advance America (storefront) Emerald Marketing (internet) AKA SMG-Shamrock Marketing Group Cash Star (internet) if they are not legal, what are my rights when the debt has been sold to collection agencies. Thanks!
