I have two account with AE; one for 19000 and other for 17000. It have sent to NCO after 120 days. Few days after send to NCO, I am able to make 30% for 3 payements on 19000. But I wanted 4 payments so the guy decide to call me back next day. I was then offer 25% for two payments on the 17000 account by difference person from the same group. And it was approved. I believe it is a good offer so I accept it. However, I won't be able to accept the 30% offer anymore. I was hoping they will come down to 10-15% for the 19000 since I really don't have money to settle more than that.

I live in Iowa and have a multitude of PDLs and cannot go on paying like this. I am going to my bank tomorrow to take care of putting the blocks on my account and will be sending out ACH/Wage revocations tomorrow as well (AFTER the bank).

Hi, I have a card with BofA and have been offered a debt settlement of $.30 on the dollar, but I cannot come up with the amount they have asked for. Has anyone had any experience getting a small loan from a bank to pay off a debt settlement offer? They offered $5400 on a total of $17,200. The $5400 could be spread over 4 months, but I cannot afford that. Thx

iv got about a million 800 numbers calling me and im terrified. Iv only ever taken out 3 payday loans in my life. I have the names of some of the collection companies and i want to know if collecting on them is legal in the state of Florida. I havent paid anyone because i am scared and frankly i dont have money to waste on scams.who does. i took out two online ones in the amt of $200 a piece at the same time? one at cash star group and one with emerald marketing i believe. i closed the bank account they were connected to.They both have a collector calling me threatening legal action.

i have a company calling me called PDM and they are threatning me to press charges if i don't pay off my debt. i tried to do a reverse look up on the phone number they call from but nothing came back. also how can i find out if some of these pdl places are even legal? one is pay1day.com, instant cash usa, greenlight financial, loan pointe usa (who tried to debt my husbands account). will they ever stop harassing me?

I have a vehicle which has been written off by the creditor. I have tried to make payment arrangements but they are only interested in receiving the full balance owed or the return of the vehicle. They have attempted to serve me court documents but I have managed to avoid being served. the vehicle is at my home address in a secured parking space. Recently I received a letter stating that I the creditor would be going back to court because I have not surrendered the vehicle, I would be held in contempt of court. this is an Illinois case. What can I expect to happen next?

I rented a appartment from June of last year to Dec. There was never a lease signed there was never any paper work signed by me the only thing that was ever given to me by the land lord was a papper saying that I was going to be living there to take to the water dept to get the water turned on. Now he says I owe him money about 1000.00 and he says he is taking me to court if i dont pay up and he is going to take the paper out today if I dont pay up. Does he have a leg to stand on being there was no lease signed?
