How do I find out about trustworthy debt concolidation companies?

I recently have taken out a few payday loans for an emergency situation. I know, I shouldn't have got them, but I needed to finish paying fines before they sent my husband back to jail. I live in North Carolina. I have the following loans: (all online) CMG Group - $260 SDS Group - $260 National Cash Lenders - $360 I currently have not made any payments to these companies, they are not due until 4/30, but needless to say I don't have the money to. My bank account is drained and I am fallen further into Debt.

Last fall (2009) FIA charged me $35 for the above. I called them and they said this fee was for a year. Today I recieved another statement charging $35 again and it hasn't even been a year. I'm cancelling my credit card with them and would like to know the procecure to do this action. Like the address to write. Can you help me?

Hi My name is Helen I have a payday loan thru CardinalMgmt/B&L for 200.00 after I pay back it will be 260.00 well I did not sign the contract and I thought when she explain it to me that they will take 60.00 a month out of my account until paid off but when I call them to see How much I owe they said still said 260.00 they said I still owed because I did not sign the contract to pay in full so they were continuing it by taking 60.00 out of my account a month so I asked could she fax the contract to me and she said she would have to send it to my email checked never recieved it so I have still
