Guys, I don’t know how much of what I am about to write will be of relevance to you, but I was in over £70,000 of debt on my credit cards and my marriage broke down because of my Financial Failure. I'm interested in hiring a PDL Debt Consolidation company as i am way in over my head in loans. Does any one have a PDL Debt Consol contract I can review? I got into some financial problems and have been relying on these loans way too much. Now i'm stuck paying and paying and not having the amounts lower at all. I've talked with a few of these Debt Consolidation company's and they want me to give them all my personal info before I get to review their contract. Does anybody have a copy of a PDL Debt Consolidation contract I could see?

I received this offer from GC Services via fax here is the letter say. It is on GC services letter head. "in effort to assit you in resolving your account, our client has authorized us to offer you the opportunity to settle your account. This means instead of paying the full balance due on your account, you can pay 40% of the total amount due and the above mentioned clent will consider this account settled. If you wish to take advantage of this one time offer contact our office or mail your remittance, in the form of cashiers' check or money order.

I received a letter in the mail today with my ex-daughter-in-laws new married name but my address from this company. She and my son have been divorced several years and she has been remarried about 3 years,so there is not any mistake about addresses. She must have deliberately used my address. What should I do with this letter? My first thought was to mail it back to the company with a letter accompanying explaining and giving her address. What do you think? What does the law say about using other peoples address like this?

If a credit card company has reported, to the Credit Bureaus, that they have charged off the account, does this mean I don't have to pay it?

BBB is a coporation just because a company is listied with the BBB it means they paid some money to be on the list... It doesn't mean there great... There are porn sites on the BBB
