Platinum Services keep taking $99.95 out of my account as well. They have done this twice for the past two months. I called the 800 # provided by the Bank and the people that answer has an attitude, they won't give me any info and say that I don't have an account with them. I am at a dead end. I am going to close my acct and open new one. I think you should do the same, they will just keep right own helping themselves if I continue to let it happen. I have no idea who they are

Proof of Caim Number 18802 Your law firm won a victory against Verizon and my case was closed on 12-30-09 and a check was sent to me. Verizon on 04-16-2010 submited a debit order to my bank account for $480.00 and this was taken out of my checking accout leaving me with nothing. I reported this to the Bank America and the bank will send papers regarding this transaction and return this money to my account. I want to charged Verizon will illegal withdrawal of fund of my account. My case was settled with them on 12-30-09 in Superior Court by your firm in Fla. Carlysle R. Hooks

this company is not one i use but they put 400.in my account i notified my bank to return the money to the sender and was told they had no info on this company and was unable to return without it actually being posted to my account ,well it was and the bank still cant return the funds.i contacted te loan companies i have used and all say this company is not connected with any of them ,as of right now they have gotten abck the 400. plus two extra so without closing my account or putting a stop payment on future withdraws what can be done

I have a debt lawsuit pending in my county court 3 weeks from now. I received letter from collection attorney office; claiming it repesentating that credit card company. In the letter they also asked me to dispute if I have within 30-days. I disputed their claim and asked to validate the debt, and also asked it to send the copy of the credit card agreement with my signature in it as well as a copy of the asignment by creditor to represent them, also the payment history to see if total claim is correct.

I'm a New York State resident living in Syracuse. Back in February. I took out a payday/cash advance loan for $500.00 dollars from a company called Loanpointe USA. I've made a total of 5 payments towards the loan totaling $730.00. The payments were only to extend the loan, the payments did not go towards the principal balance. I still owe the $500.00. I'm not sure what to do regarding this loan. I can't afford to pay anymore. Is it legal for them to charge such high interest? I don't think they are backed by a bank. If not, what should my next steps be?

I have loans with the following companies: Ameriloan PayDayMax 500 FastCash Cash Jar Cash Net USA Pay1Day Can someone tell me which of these are legal to provide payday loans in my state? I am not sure where to find this information. I have seen, from other posts, that as long as I pay the principle amount loaned, I can refuse to pay any more than that and there is no legal action that can be taken against me. Is that really true? Please help!

hi! I received a summons on a dentist bill. I have refused to pay this bill because I went to the dentist to have a tooth pulled and he decided that it shouldnt be done to save my teeth from shifting and offered to do a pulpectomy. His wife (his office manager) told me not to worry about cost, that it should be covered by my insurance. Shortly afterward, I receive a bill for $254.24. I called the office and told them that I would not pay, that they said it would be covered and I wanted the tooth to be pulled when I went in there. The bill ended up in collections.
