I have 3 payday loans that were sent to National Credit Adjusters for collections due to financial hardship and medical issues. I have asked for a Debt Verification by email as they keep telling me that haven't received the request by mail. However, they will not send me a DVL. What do I do now? I don't have the extra money to send by Certified Mail nor do I have the addresses for the actual pay day lenders.

Has anyone heard of a company called California Commercial Capital. I received a letter stating they have an account in my name from Cash Call. I never received calls that my payments were late from them.

I'm with a Settlement company and unfortunately have a court case tomorrow for a debt with First National bank of Omaha. The attorney is Kohn Law Firm. In the complaint against me, Kohn kept mentioning my account # but it is NOT the account # of the credit card. They also attached every statement for the account. I'm not denying that I have a debt with FNBO and said as much in my answer. What I question is the fact that Kohn is acting on FNBOs behalf. In my hearing, can I ask for proof of the agreement with FNBO that Kohn can bring the suit? Or is it too late?

Back in November, I took out a $350 pd loan since then Ace cash services Has withdrawn over $1400 from my account I've tried contacting the number provided but they hung up on my now I'm am going to turn the company in to the bbb and my bank is helping me with a fraud case against them however how do i get my $ back will i have to take them to court?

if you call a credit card company to dispute a claim on a bill, can they lawfully reduce your credit without telling you. Even though thats not what you originally called about? the thing is i had a high balance on a card and a charge on my card that i wasnt sure about, so i called to dispute it. well then they started asking me questions about my income and stuff even though ive always paid my bill on time, never late with a payment! they informed me that they are lowering my credit limit! can they do that?
