I recently noticed that CI has made two credit inquiries with one of the credit reporting bureaus.

We have recently started to get our wages garnished, we almost have that bill paid and more and more credit companies are calling, we raise five kids on a $9/hr wage. We are drowning and do not even know what is looming over our heads.

I have several I'm hioping to pay off but had gone thru PDL Assistance, but recently realized most of my $226 per month was going toward their fees 7 not paying down my PD Loans. Now I have two companies calling me at work saying they're from an attorney's office & will be filing a lawsuit against me, one with my original $500 loan-now at $3000 with their added finance charges (I had closed my bank acct). These are Ameriloan & I don't know the other one's name-I had to quit answering their calls due to threats at work.

If I have the money for settlement and was offered to pay in installments, should I take the installment plan or offer to pay the entire thing at once?

Hello. I have four online pay day loans. 1) Magnum Cash - Orig amt $450.00 w/out finance charges, I have paid $440. 2) SSM - Orig amt $200w/out finance charges, I have paid nothing yet. 3) Nationwide Cash - Orig amt $500.00 w/out finance charges, I have paid $150.00 4) Emerald- Orig amt $200 w/out finance charges, I have paid nothing yet. I live in Mississippi. I do not know if these are legal or not here. Can anyone give me advice? I have closed my banking account yesterday. So what now? Thanks in advance

Does anyone have a correct address for Loanpoint USA?

I was looking for a secured credit card, and was referred to 5/3rd bank. I went in yesterday, and had to open a savings account. He asked if I was in checksystems (I thought I was), but I said no. He entered the information, ran the report (it said CHECKSYSTEMS on the screen) and it came back that they could open the account. So, I opened it, and in addition, opened a checking account as well. I went home to do more research on them and found a lot of negative comments, excessive fees, etc. I also saw they will run an EWS report and have been known to close accounts based on that.

I had gotten a 'Complaint' from Zwicker 'representing' Chase Bank a few months back for 'breach of contract', answered the questions, sent the info back to the courts (certified to make sure recieved) Then about 2 months later recieved another one that was an exact duplicate, just with the dates crossed off(seriously, crossed off) and changed to current dates. Then a few days later, got another 'Motion for Default Judgement' with the same Docket Number. I contacted the Courts and they said they didnt see any hearing for me on that date.
