I am in a bad situation and need some advice on what I can and should do. I live in Tennessee. I have 13 PDLs. I know this is a horrible amount of payday loans to have but I have gotten in too deep and need a way out. Just the interest on these PDLs is taking my whole check every week. I have paid several PDLs off but then I end up getting new ones because I need money for bills. That is why so many of them appear to be recent. I paid the previous loan off and then got a new one after the 3 day waiting period.

I noticed that WFNB is now charging $1.00 to mail a bill. Under the guise of "going green," this is nothing more than a ploy to earn additional sums on top of a 15% to 24.99% interest rate. It costs them money to process payments no matter how the payment arrives, i.e., electronically or by paper. I just decided to use my online banking system to pay them daily, enough to pay off the bill before the next bill but also creating additional servicing charges for the company. Seems like an equitable solution to me. I thought they had to provide me with specific credit information.

It appears that i'm getting strange calls from JDBuyers. I tried to talk to some of them in the beginning, but finally quit answering the phone. Some of them send letters occasionally. In looking at one from several months ago, it's one of those if you dispute the validity of the debt - within 30 days, etc. Since it is way past the 30 days, can I still send a validation letter?

I was left a message from a Ron Huges who stated that this message was for ________(said my name) about my case with GREAT SKY CASH and that my case had been transfered to Alliance Funding and that he was assigned to my case and that I needed to get back with him about this important matter. That I could reach him at 1 800 772-2730 (But the number that showed up on my phone was 1-800-221-9889). I did not like the idea that he had left this message on my phone because I am not the only one that uses my phone.

I am writing my response to the IL AG to nationwidecash.com's answer to my complaint. I was able to settle with the bungholes at NWC for the plain principal, but I know other IL residents on this forum have been taken advantage of by nationwidecash (licensed in Delaware). I am seeking to IL to bar NWC from lending to IL residents until they comply with IL law (which they never will). Please, please, please file complaints with the IL Attorney General. If you PM me, I can give you the name of the IL AG rep in charge of my complaint and a complaint number to reference.

I just had a call from ER Solutions (425-562-3215) and I am infuriated! 1st, I answer the phone call THEY made to me only to be told " thank you for calling ER Solutions, all representatives are busy, please hold"; normally I hang up the phone at that point...I WISH I had! When someone finally gets on the line, she starts her spiel about a deliquent account. When I repeatedly attempt to stop her to tell her she has the wrong person, eventually having to SCREAM at her, she rudely asks me if I am going to let her finish?

How do I get more information to find out if I quality for tthe payday loan consolidation program?

Can you tell me anything about Counsel for Debt Solutions, John Leaberry PLLC, is it a reputabile company?

I received a Lawyers letter which states Re: First Resolutions Investment Corp., assignee of Chase Bank USA. However I called Chase and they do not have the account anymore, can I assume Resolutions bought the account, and therefore as a ca cannot refer the account to a Lawyer/ also they leave messages on the phone of my seperated husband who has nothing to do with account as I opened it before we were married and and therfore his name is not on the original application.

Hi I need to consolidate my debt i got offered a good rate with the credit card comp and the said it would only adjust to 9.5% but when it came to that time they adjusted it to 17.5. Any suggestions.,
