About a month ago I got a call on my cell phone from someone representing PRG regarding a debt from March of 2004 with a Check n Go in Harrisonburg,VA. I immediately told the person on the phone that I have never lived in Harrisonburg,VA or anywhere within an hour of the town, or have ever used a PDA company, and that if the debt is valid I would like them to send me something in writing. The guy on the phone then proceeded to start asking questions like who my employer was, what was my ss#, and etc. I didn't answer any of the questions.

If I default on a loan with Ace Cash Express and send them the cease and desist letter with payment arrangements, can they still contact my employer? I got this loan off the internet and have never gone into a store. The loan has always been deposited into my checking account.

Hello Thank you to all of you!!! This site has been great!! I'll try to be short LOL We own a small retail shop. (IN Michigan) So you can only imagine my debt........ I currently have aprox 95000,00 in credt card alone & many other bills including the refinance on the house. I can't do it any longer...... I need sleep...... I have managed to stay current on all but 2 of my credit cards. I am 60 days past on my direct merchants/HSBC & a little over 30 on my National City/PNC Both of these cards are business cards so I am not sure if it makes any difference.

I was curious as to how you made out with My Cash Now? I have a PDL with Payday Max who is basically the same company and have paid them alot of money. I am going to use a version of your letter to send to these PDL companies.

We ran into a hardship over the year and had to let both of our vehicles go, now they are willing to deal with us and want us to come up with 8000.00 or pay 10% of the 21,150 owed on the vehicle and still pay the rest off and make payments of 260.00 until it is the total amount is paid off.....we need help!

Does anybody have the addresses for Paycheck Today and Great Sky Cash?

I just recieve an e-mail from OCI to call Amy Burns at (404) 656-4106 at the Attorney General Office about my internet payday loans with Paycheck Today and Great Sky Cash since payday loans are illegal in Georgial. However they told me I would have to have an address for Paycheck Today and Great Sky Cash and I can't find one. Does anybody have the address? What do I do if I cant find the address. Do I still call? What do I say?

What does that mean? Citibank wants 55% to settle at 175 days but I don't have it. The guy I spoke to today said it's going into litigation next week, unless I can come up with $14,000. :( Keep offering 35% but they keep saying NO-H*ll NO! He told me they will NEVER take 35%???????????
