I am not sure how to find out which lenders are legal are which are illegal/unlicensed in my state. I have 6 online loans with: CashCentral-$500 CashNetUSA-$500 PaperCheckPayday Loan-$200 USFastCash-$350 QuickestCAshAdvance-$300 CashAdvanceNetwork-$300 I live in Missouri. I would greatly appreciate your advice! I also want to know if anyone has been successful consolidating pdl's, and with what company?

I have had my checking account seized from a credit card default. How can I open another checking account without being seized.

I was offered a semi-debt consolidation loan through my credit union. They wrote the checks to the collectors I owe and I was wondering how should I send these. Should they be mailed certified with signature or just certified and is there a sample letter I should use to inform them to update my credit file. Thanks in advance for all of your help.

I have been getting calls from PPS Legal from a Jonathan Jones who says he is working with American Legal Processing Division saying that I owe a payday loan from Advance Cash USA. I don't remember getting a loan from them and he sent me a collection notice to my email. It looks official but I don't know what to do. He has my references and drivers license number. What do I do?
