I received three letters in the mail today from a Conrad Credit Corporation. Each letter has a different account number, and three different amounts: $425.86, $465.79, and another for $425.86. At the top of the letter, it states that my account has been referred to this agency by JOSH WILSON.

I contacted Check$Mart Corp office where they refused my payoff offer. Said they were going to file against me. What does that mean.

Collection agency offered for me to settle the debt at a discount. I would pay $5000 of the $9500 owed. I do not work due to lay-offs but I do have a few hundred dollars saved up. Is it possible to settle for a lesser amount (say like $1100) and if so, how would I go about doing it. Also, when I do settle, how long will this stay on my credit report? Thank you.

Hi, I stopped paying citicard for 12 months, called citicard and they refered to some ventor collection agency. Collection agency asked me to write check to citibank. Does this means my accuont not charge-off yet and if I pay the amuont in full will avoid bad records?

I am elated to have found this forum, it is offering a ray of hope!!! I have 3 PDLs: CashNetUSA: ($950) have paid $267, currently "owe" $1068... yeah. (tho I've been caught in the ongoing cycle with them for over 18 months and have paid them easily a couple of thousand over any principles ever borrowed) Integrity Advance: ($300) have paid over $750 with fees, they are not forthcoming at this time about how much I still "owe". LoanPointUSA: ($400) have paid $240 in fees, haven't touched the principle yet. So I'm a bit confused after looking at the links that have been offered...
