Does anyone know if M&T uses chexsystems? I have an account at HSBC and M&T but I just recently closed my HSBC due to PDL's but am told that if M&T reports to chexsystems that the PDL will find my account is that true? I have had M&T for 20 yrs. but I am going to have to close that one too becuase I used that one for a PDL that I paid but they won't stop. So if I open a new account at M&T I don't want anyone to find it. I applied for your list a couple of times but haven't gotten it yet :( and I need to move on this quickly. Thanks

I need a VD letter asap. I been receiving calls from Thompson & Associates , about an payday loan that was with Cash Supply and sold to AIS. I sent cert letters to both about the loan being ilegal in Ohio and that I only owed a balance of 100.00.

I am behind on our 2009 [COLOR=black]Maintenance[/COLOR] fee of $666 (the timeshare is paid) now the collection agency Aspen wants $963. they said because the timeshare is (non Profit) LMAO they cannot reduce the fee. has anyone been able to do a settlement with timeshare [COLOR=black]Maintenance [/COLOR]fees??? thanks for your help [RIGHT][/RIGHT]

I am from Minnesota and the last few days this collection agency has called and said to call them. I may have a payday loan from years back that I didn't pay but I was wondering if this company is legal to collect. What should I do about their calls. Does anyone have any information for me regarding this company?

i just got a phone call from this miss moore at my work. then she faxed a letter to my boss and wanted her to fill it out and fax back. are these people real or what. then when you call back, either they don't answer or put you on hold. they are very rude. they have not sent me a letter or any thing. what should i do.

hi ive made a real big mistake and took out 5, yes 5 patday loans and now iam unable to keep up with payments, and checking into working with a paydayloandebt relife compay to get them payday off. I was finnally able to get my bank to freeze my acount. i have less then two days to pay off what i owe the bank in over drafts fees or they are going to close my account and put me on chex systems, can i open a new account with anoter bank before this happens? and do i have to tell the payday loan companies that iam going through a debt consoildation company frist?

What is the lowest monthly payment anyone has been able to neogiate to repay an over drawn account? I have an overdrawn account- which I want to repay back- some my fault, some is the fault of an PDL taking $ when I was not aware- until it was way too late. Thanks for your advice :)
