Anyone getting this number? An officer Ian Bishop is calling me telling me harmful things maybe done to me and my family if I don't pay. I have read up on this number and it is a scam. I have reported it to the FTC. I am wondering if anyone else is getting the same calls. I am laughing at them. They have middle eastern accents and can't even say my name correctly. He claims I will be arrested at work tomorrow and I will lose my job.

i have about 10000 in credit card debt how do i consolidate without closing the accounts

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I thought I'd try. I live in Michigan. My husband and I bought a home back in 2003. In 2006, he was laid off and our 3 year ARM with HSBC kicked our mortgage payment up by $389. Suffice it to say, we couldn't afford the house, fell behind on the payments and our home was foreclosed. It was a nonjudicial foreclosure; the house was sold back to the bank and they later sold it for $23,000 less than our mortgage.

I was counter suing mann bracken in superior court when they went bankrupt. The attorney handling the case went to Zwiggler and Associates and then just filed a substitution of party. They are supposedly suing on behalf of the bank who issued the card, but my credit report shows it was charged off as bad debt. Please help?
