I have 5 payday loans and a company called your payday loan help says they can settle with these companies, is that true or should I just handle it myself. I am afraid they will sue me or call my work or firends etc. and I really don't know what to do. Any advice? by the way I live in NY state

Hello, How do I get information from the PayDay loan companies? The names that are appearing on my statement for withdrawls are not as I remember. The reason I am asking is because I believe I was scammed by unlicensed lenders but I moved during the process and don't know if I applied in IL or NC.

i worked to boost my score for almost two years and from 580 brought it to 701 (experian).i have 3 secured credit cards (250-300$ limit each),they report to my files and i have jewelry store card which reports 1800 credit line.(i dont use it but it is there,Kay jewelers). i need to improve my score for a big school loan, i am a grad student and have no income other than governmental loans....how do i go about doing this. i understand that simply opening another credit card will actually lower my score.

a summons from capital one was sent to my parents address in massachusetts for a past due balance on a credit card and they were sueing for $1,330.00 but i know i only owed $500.00 last time i payed a payment. i dont not currently live at my parents address to which is where the summons was sent.
