I was fishing for a payday loan in February, I did not agree to any contract with Ace on 2/17 350.00 was credited to my account. On 2/24, 3/10 and 3/24 I've been debited 105.00 (315.00). I contacted Ace today and was told I have a balance due of 455.00. As rep to email me the contract, have not gotten that. She also stated that I could pay $50.00 more to reduce the amount I owe. I think I'm paying way to much for a 350.00 loan that I did ask for. It totals out to $770. Help !!!!

My husband and I recieved a letter (we both recieved different letters) from Buckles & Buckles stating that they have been retained by Capitol One to file a claim against us. My question is my husband opened this account about 12 years ago, he just added me to the account a few years ago so when I called about the account they would talk to me about it. Can they file a claim againist both of us, when I did not open the account?

Has anyone heard about a collection agency called IAG located in Amhurst NY? PH; 716-312-4424 They are calling on behalf of Pay Day Loan Yes I had a payday loan with them for $350 in which I paid back $315 dollars in fees. I told them I would pay the balance of $35.00 owed. But they keep telling me I owed them 350 plus interest. I told them they were illegal in NJ but they do not want to hear it. Does any one have a address for Payday loan Yes? I see many on the forum. Hello all, I'm in serious need of PDL assistance. I've gotten in over my head with payday loans, and while I'm currently trying to right myself financially and deal with my other debt, I can't get out from under the PDLs taking almost my entire paycheck every two weeks.

We owe around 35,000 on 4 cards and all are close to charge offs. Every time I talk to them on the phone they can only offer me 80-85%. I counteroffer at 30-35%. then it doesn't really go anywhere. With everyone. The phone calls are actually stopping. I mean, maybe one or two calls a day when it used to be more like 10-15! I have Discover - 5,000 and they only offer hardships. A rep once told that they can do 75 percent but then backed off. Chase - 10,000 and only accept 5,000. I offered them 3,500 few times and they say that it's already in legal dept and are going to sue me.

These guys are a joke. I got a call from an agent with the wrong number. She wanted someone who shares my last name. When I asked who she was with she hung up on me. The only way I found out who they were was when I got a call the next day from another agent w/ the same company. That time, he told me who he was with.

has anybody heard of this company? i got a call from some lady saying that she will be showing up to my house to give me some papers she did call from a 619 area code # (which is where i live) however i tried to call the # back and i get a "this number is disconnected" also in her v/m she says to get info to call this number 1-877-256-4508 with some case number. i called and spoke with some guy named marshall, he said it was for some bad checks for a payday loan, then i said i cannot confirm nor deny what he is talking about and i need something in writing.
