Has anyone heard of company called Federal Legal Investigation Department?

I have 4 pay day loans and I would like to consolidate I don't know how much I owe them they are all online loans

Hello I recently got a call from a collection agency in Nevada, I live in California and I do have an old outstanding pdl. they call trying to collect and told me that they will file a complaint with los angels county for check fraud. can they do that? thank you, Maria

I was contacted on a friends cell phone, and was told that if I do not settle the amount of $800, that my name and ss# would be sent to the courts and that a warrant would be sent out for my arrest. Now when I took out the loan it was $500, plus $50 repay, and $35 for NSF, so thats only a total of $585. When my hours were cut I had made an arrangement to come in with the minimum of $25, they got a new Manager and she refused my payment, and told me that it was insufficient for her to accept. What can I do? I live in Florida and not quite understanding the laws on payday loans.

I have a situation where I settled a debt with a credit card company and agreed to make 12 monthly payments. I made the payments but the statements kept coming. I didn't realize what was happening. Now, a year later I am being called collecting the new balance that I owe because I never made my payments. I have proof and the statements showed my payments. Someone screwed up and didn't mark the account as "settled". What can I do?

I have a court date in 2 days for old CC debt. Blitt and Gaines in Illinois. I was working with a very nice lawyer who worked out a deal for me, but had to come up with the money in 2 days. I could not do that wanted to make payments. I found out my so-called lawyer could not or was not willing to practice in my county. So, he filed the Federal suit against them and I am left to fend for myself on the state level. Should I try to make arrangements with them before I go on Friday? Will I be able to extend by court date, because of having no lawyer?

how / where can I get a quick free credit report?

Can anyone that may be in the mortgage industry explain to me CLEARLY how the loan mod works. When they talk ratios i.e. 31% of your income is where the payment needs to be.. is that on net? gross? How do they figure that out? When you submit your paperwork to them, in our case a profit and loss sheet b/c we are self employed..how do THEY come up with the numbers for your income. Shouldn't they look at your retained income? Our home loan people are telling us it is a no go b/c our income is $203.00 a month. WHAT!!!

uess, i have made reservations under the uniforn commercial code. ucc1-207, and 1-103.these rights were for the common law people. and i am a common person with sovereignty rights. they can be found in book #1. sections 1-207, and 1-103. this is known as the remedy and recourse. does anybody hav any imput? this code runs all of the states with the exception of 1 state. i would like to know if anyone out there has any imput on these 2 sections as set fort in the unifor commercial code? thanks 23836 thanks.
