The good news is I have been able to work with or settle with the payloan companies I had taken out loans. However, I'm not able to work with First IRS. [FONT=Arial][/FONT] On December 30, 2009, I received a call regarding a debt to an internet payday loan company, Sagamore Lending Company. Although I owed approximately $120 to pay the principle of the loan, they said I owed a considerable amount more (which I have never gotten an amount from them).

I had a lawyer call me and said that I need to pay JD Marketing $525. If I didn't then JD Marketing could raise the amount to over $2,000.00. Does anyone know if this company is legally licensed to give loans in the state of Michigan? I want to work with them, but I am afraid that they will get carried away with taking money out of my account.

I have a 18k small business credit card. I think i am anywhere from 60-100 days late. I get an error when ever i try to look at my statements online. Anyways today they offered me the 5 year plan. What is the definition of debt validation. I have been told that the collection agency does not have to provide copies of charges against my credit card account. Please help.
