I received a voicemail from a Stacy Mitchell who stated she worked for the State of New York in the Summons office and she was calling me because by law she had to notify me that I was about to be served with papers. If I wanted to avoid this to call 1-855-847-2682 to speak with the client. Immediately after leaving that message the same girl calls my parents and asks them where I am. My mother told her she didnt know and the girl persisted saying if I didnt pay this debt I was going to court after being served papers at my home or work.

I have an amscot loan for 300$ its 331$ to pay back.I have been dealing with them for many years.I lost my job and cant pay it back,I got an extesion but still couldnt raise the money,My bank account is now closed,What I need to know is will they prosecute you for a bad check?Or do they refer you to collections.I am very worried and have tried to get another job but its really hard.

Like many here, I've been struggling with my loans for a while. I owe about $65000 in 7 different loans. There are two FFEL consolidated, one Perkins, and four stafford loans. All are in default. My student loans went into default between 2007 and 2010. In 2011 I was suffering wage garnishment at my employer, which put me in such a financial bind that I ended up taking out payday loans to make ends meet. I was only making $1100/month and they were taking $200+ each month. At the time, I inquired about rehabilitation.
