I have a question for you all. If you took out a Internet loan from a company that is located in St. Vincent and on their website, it specifically states that all aspects of the loan takes place outside of the Unites States and that it is deemed to have taken place in St. Vincent regardless of where you viewed the site if that is a real disclaimer or if they are still bound by the States lending law where you were when you took out the loan or if this is considered an international loan as they state. I was told that they have successfully sued in the United States and won.

I had a relative contact me saying miland has been calling them daily asking for me even after they said i dont live there. They gave me the phone number to call midland and i did. The guy on the phone is expectedly rude after i tell him I am on a fixed income and his "options" for me are unreasonable. I get his name and info and the account info hes provided and tell him I would consider the info and call him back by weeks end.

So I am not sure if this should be in the PDL forum or not .. but I am sure on of the admins will move it if it needs to be :) Here is the situation. I took out a PDL from Vince Enterprises 2008 for $300 and I have paid back the $375. Then I sent the letter to SRS and associates that is one of the template letters about PDL's being illegal and they could no longer withdrawl the funds and etc.... They have since stopped and I have not received any other calls/letters/faxes/ correspondence of any kind.

Are they technically allowed to continue charging interest and fees after the account has been charged off? After the account has been sold to a JDB? I know these are stupid questions...

Does anyone know how to get in touch with PDLNOW.COM PAYDAYLOAN? My husband took out the loan and I can't find out any information on how to contact them to pay it off. Please help!!
