I live in Missouri I have 7 payday loans with the following companies, Cashnet,Ameriloan,united cash,pca,nationwide,cashyes. Can you tell me if thiese companies are legal here? What can I do to get out from under these and end this nightmare?

Well I got a letter in the mail from these jokers for an account that the last junk debt buyer couldn't validate at all. I checked and unfortunately they do carry a surety bond so can't nail them on that but I am hitting them HARD on every little violation I can manage to find.

Does anyone have experience with repairing their credit report after filing Wisconsin Chapter 128? I filed last summer and payments started being deducted from my payroll at the same time. I have received papers from my trustee showing the payments that have been made so far to my creditors. I recently requested a copy of my report, and almost every account shows up as "charged off", or "x number of days late", or "x dollars past due". I disputed these items, but nothing has been changed. Any advice?

Yep, my life took me away for quite sometime. I just wanted you all to know that my daughter is supposed to have her son almost anyday now :) I'm still suffering from my migraines, but now we know why, I have 3 hernated disks in my neck. No surgery for that yet. I did end up having surgery in Feb. 2 different hernia surgeries. Still recovering. Supposed to be able to go back to work on the 22nd. My son did real good in his court situation. Been fighting a bottom feeder CA. Looking for a lawyer to go after this one.
