What do you think about Obama's recent Health Insurance plans. Will it pay any dividend ?

Hello All, I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in Dec. 08, and have found myself AGAIN in the "VICIOUS" payday loan cycle!!!!! CRAZY!!!!! I read here in one of the threads that, someone made a loan against the bankruptcy and there was a modification on their payment. Does anyone have info on this or suggestions other than try to pay these back?!!!! Help Thanks

I got a call from the legal dept. of quickpaydayloan.com today. I don't have a loan with them but the guy said they own over 300 websites, but he wouldn't tell me which one I owed. He said that legal authorities will be delivering papers tomorrow for me to be in court tomorrow. He also said my 2 references will have to appear tomorrow. I have no idea who this fruit cake is but the call back number is 1-323-789-1509. Has anyone heard of this before? I live in KY and this is a CA number. Thanks!

Hi all, I live in NY. Sometime in the 1990s I had a Discover card that I defaulted on. The last time I made a payment with them was sometime before 1999; I'm thinking 97-98. I know for sure it was before 1999 because that is when I met my wife, and this account was already in default for over a year, maybe more. Sometime in 2007-2008 I received a letter from Federal Pacific Credit Company trying to collect. Because the SOL had expired I ignored the one letter I ever received from them.

Hello - I have some questions regarding a payday loan I have from US Fast Cash. They are based out of Miami, OK. From what I gather, they go by several different names, like 500 Fast Cash and MTE Financial, among others. I called my state's attorney general's office to file a complaint and get info on how to deal with this company, because I know for a fact they are not licensed to lend into Michigan, where I live. And I know that Michigan law requires a lender to be licensed in Michigan to lend into Michigan.
