once you find out balance and intrest rates, and hardship, how do you find out what to charge prospect for services and how to receive payment for it?

Where or at least what department do I send my settlement offer? There are too many addresses and I am at a loss. I am also looking for addresses for my other cards. (citi, amx, discover) Please point me to the right direction. Thank you

This is a great site, very informative. I am 90 days delinquent on a CHASE cc and wanted to hear from those that have recently settled with them or are working on settlements. I have searched "CHASE" in the custom search box, and read the threads/posts, and it appears that Chase is fairly easy to work with and looks like many settle for 30 - 35%. Any advise or insight in dealing with Chase would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I sent a C&D to soniccash and various other companies via mail and e-mail back on February 4th. All but soniccash, have agreed to the terms of correspondence via mail or e-mail. However, soniccash keeps calling my cell every 4 minutes. I answered the first call I ever got and told them they can contact me via e-mail or mail, yet I am still getting about 15-30 calls a day. What should I do?

Should I file with the Attorney General or the Division of Professional Regulation? Both? I was to able to settle with this IPDL for a simple money-order payment of the original principal. However, I am seeking to have this vendor formally ordered to quit offering loans to residents of IL (they've received similar orders from 6 other states). Which agency is most likely to help? I'm sure uninformed consumers in IL aren't lucky enough to have found this site and are paying huge fees and interest outlawed in IL.

I've fallen into debt with overdrafts from Wachovia right at the same time as my grandfather's passing and losing my job. Things started to tumble with the snowball effect and its gotten worse. Now I am trying to pay off all my debts one by one smallest to largest. I haven't really been harassed by RJM but at the same time my phone was turned off and now I have a new number. After talking with Wachovia Deposit Recovery they said they purged their records and the debt was transferred to RJM. I was transferred to their number. They said I owe 326.89 but the settle amount is 228.82.

I'm receiving phone calls from allied interstate 877-375-6992. The only reason I can think of is that I had a payday loan through Beacon. I paid 4 installments of 89.00 on a 200.00 loan. When learning that these loans are illegal in the state of Pennsylvania, I took the advice on this website and closed my bank account. I've paid this loan and more and am not doing anymore and also not giving anyone my cc information. How should I handle this from now on?

Hello. I just moved to the Miami area. I am looking for a solid company to help me with a refinance. I purchased the house from a short sale and had to do business over the phone because I was living in Az. I dont think that I got a good deal. My interest rate in now 6.99 percent.
