I live in NYC. Back in March of 2013, I took a $5000 loan out from WS/CC. This is my second loan with then. Last year I did the $2500 but was able to pay it back after a month because I came into some money but this time, its different. I've been hit by the IRS and I now have child support payments every month plus I am working off a orthodontic debt. Lastly, I have maxed out credit cards.

I am writing today to ask for guidance regarding three payday loans that my spouse took out (one in Feb, two in May days apart). After reviewing the site and seeing what has been posted I did some checking (Michigan office of financial and insurance services) and found that these online loans are not licensed in the state of Michigan.

Just received a voicemail from "Michael Carter" Supervisor of NY State Processes and Summons with an order to appear in front of judge for financial fraud but to first call his client to avoid that. So I called the number he left me 1-888-995-5804 ext 122 and the same guy answered. I told him I knew it was a scam and I know how the law works. I asked who I owed money too and he couldn't tell me. He said if I knew the law I would work with him and not against him or the authorities will be at my place of employment or residence and then it will be too late.

I was contacted by Credit Bureau Systems debt collection agency on 05/04/2012 about a disputed debt with a veterinarian. I sent them a Cease and Desist letter by certified mail on 05/25/2012 and the receipt was signed for on 05/29/2012. On 09/28/2012, the original creditor's attorney filed civil charges against me in the Montgomery County Tennessee General Sessions court. On 10/03/2012 and on 10/11/2012 Credit Bureau Systems contacted me again by mail trying to collect the debt.

7DayLoan was the first to respond. Initially agreeing to my demands without a problem. However, I quickly realized that their agreement said I needed to call with my prepaid credit card because I originally said that was how I was going to pay. I emailed asking for an address to send payment and this was the reply. My question, I assume I am still in control and insist that I have the right to pay how I wish, correct? I assume that I'm not bound by their terms? Also, I'm guessing their "We do not accept payments through the mail" is a load of hogwash.
