Debt collector is sueing me for debt that is past the statue of limitation. I was never given the opportunity to have the debt validated or disputed.

JD marketing is calling me constantly, threatening garnishment and having me arrested. The lady even told me that someone would scour my place of business until I am found. Please advise.

United Cash Loans sent me this initially in response to my email regarding ACH Revocation and stating that their loan was illegal in MT. Thank you for contacting UnitedCashLoans. This email is to confirm receipt of your document and or request. Our processing department is currently closed. Your documents and/or request will be reviewed and processed in the order in which they were received, during normal business hours. Processing hours are 8:00AM CST to 3:30PM CST. However, that was five days ago and I have not heard from them since. They have been calling (and I don't answer) .

When should I expect to get a response from these companies after sending out these letters? Do I send them again if I don't get a response?

I am an employer and have received a 2nd request to verify a current employee that he works at our company. Do I have to answer them? Thanks, Lil

Their response: FYI, their math is incorrect. . . To date, I have received $500 and have made payments totaling $387.50 leaving a balance due of $112.50. I have gotten myself into serious financial issues due to me losing my job 6 months ago and my new job is $1,000's less monthly. In order to try and keep up with my monthly expenses I took out some internet payday loans. I soon found myself taking out other payday loans to help cover other payday loans. I know it's stupid and I shouldn't have ever done. Now, I have 10 payday loans and I am currently looking at filing Chapter 13 so I don't lose my house. My question is, first are all of the companies below "legal"?.

I am single father of 2 boys with no help from the mother or anyone. I am buried in payday loans (my own fault I know) I need help/suggestions on how to get out from under them. My credit isn't good enough to get an unsecured loan I have tried Please please help me
