Is Nationwide Cash still associated with Ambassador Financial? I see Nationwide Cash has an expired license in New Mexico, but a Nationwide Cash Inc is licensed in Delaware. Did Nationwide cash just ditch New Mexico and move operations in Delaware whey they are legal? The contact number associated with the ACH deposit is 1-866-808-0936. I'm guessing that Nationwide Cash is now in located in Delaware?

I have been getting calls from 000-000-0000. I picked up once but did not hear anyone but have gotten 4 calls that show up any thoughts

Back in October, 2009 I sent request for validation to a collector for Sprint. Explained that I didn't owe the amount because phone was lost, Sprint notified, etc. etc. I received the RR card, but never heard from them (Allied Interstate). Now, I get a collection letter for the same account/same amount from a new collection agency (Progressive Mgmt. Systems). Do I send them the same letter? Why is the account being sent to another collection agency?:evil:

My loan was in default and my wages have been garnished for the last 3 years. I have looked at the rehabilitation of the loan, but never had enough money to make the lump sum payment. However, I recently looked back at all my pay stubs to see just how much I have paid. I called the lender to see what my options were to get this out of garnishment. However, I am ~ 6 months away from paying it off, if I keep the garnishment, and it takes 9 months to have it rehabilitated.

Where can I find out if a suit has been filed against me ? Once I get to the county court website where do I go from there ?

Ok, so I took out a loan with MyPayDayLoan.com for $400. I paid back $100 so far and then got in a big mess with payday loans and closed my checking accounts and opened new ones... I reside in the state of TN. MyPayDayLoan.com has CONSTANTLY harassed me via email/phone to pay the balance owed. They are saying I now owe $575. I have told them that since they are illegal to lend in my state I would be glad to repay them the $300 remaining on the principle, but no more, but they are refusing. They say Tennessee Law has no bearing on this contract because the venue was costa rica.

I'm on my 6th month owing $50k to BOFA and last month on the threat of being charged off I scrounged and borrowed to make a payment of $928 to buy more time. They didn't have any offers for settlement, I had an offer for 45% 3months ago but I felt it was too high and plus I didn't have the money anyway. Well I'm nearing the end of this month and they are threatening charge off and of course no settlement offers. I don't have the money to make another $928 to buy more time.
