I know these 2 companies are goint to be a nightmare for me. I really havent heard much from them, on Wed I emailed the another letter stating what I would pay and also attached my copy of my e-mail from Senator Boxer stated she was opening a formal inquiry on them. I do get unknown & blocked calls but I dont answer and not sure who they are from out the last 4 I am dealing with. I was wanting to know what your advise would be in regards to these last 4 (viploanshop over paid, discountadvances over paid, Oneclick owe $200, unitedcash owe $300).

in 1999 I got a private student loan through wells fargo. shortly after college I got married and moved updated all info with wells fargo. A few months went by never received a bill made a few automated payments on phone however they were attached with 5.00 phone payment processing fees. After calling numerous times to have address changed they never could send me proof a bill of some sort to my current address for the principal amount owed. So I thought private loan just let it float off my credit after 7 years.

I was wondering what is the best way to negotiate when you have multiple cards with the same company. I have 3 cards with Bank of America that are at different stages . Should I negotiate them all at one time or should I try to get individual settlements? Would settling one maybe make the others less likely to settle with a good offer since they can see that I'm trying to settle? I also have 2 accounts with Discover.

Hi, I'm getting sued by a creditor. I owed $75,000 between 7 credit cards. I have a house and a rental that are top heavy, but I want to keep them. My wife just got out of real estate, because she wasn't making enough money to stay afloat, and started going to school. We $40,000 cash from an equity line that will get her through school and keep the mortgage payments until Dec. 2013.

I just received a letter today from a law firm representing a PDL. They are stating I owe $875, my original loan was only $300. I contacted them, got a answering machine, left my information and told them I was disputing the debt and wanted debt verification. Okay, I have to admit I'm scared.....can anyone give me any advise. They are located in Missouri and an internet lender. Thanks!!

Has anybody ever dealt with Johnson, Riddle, and Mark out of Utah. I just got off the phone with one of them about a debt I have with Capital One of about $4,500. She claims the best they can do on a settlement is about $3,500. She says if I don't pay something she can't stop the Suing process. She claims the process has already started.

Hello. I got a letter from mann bracken sayinf that they took over my loan with sallie mae- i started sending payments to them and have sent approx $350.00. Well Sallie Mae called me yesterday and said that they have NOTHING to do with Mann Bracken and this means the have been ripping me off. PLEASE HELP where do I go from here - I need my money back. should I sue them??

Anyone ever hear of them?
