I was doing some research online and found a Address to The Bureau of Indian Afffairs, Office of Public Affairs Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20240. Would any experts here give me any advise if this might be a good idea to send them a letter stating what these Illegal Internet PDL's are doing? Just a thought. Thanks

Does anyone know how these work? I am fighting RJM right now and I decided to see if they were licensed to collect in Florida, where I reside. The Florida government site says that they were originally licensed in 2008 and it expires on Thursday. There is no reference of a pending license or new issuance. Does this mean anything? Nothing? Maybe the site will reflect thier new license next week? Just curious :)

I paid a credit card off a year ago and it reflected as paid on Transunion. (was in collections, so it showed as paid charge off) Received a new card from the same company this year. When I pulled credit bureaus it is showing on experian and equifaax as unpaid collection. i have since lost the original payment receipt and the company is no help. How can I fix this? Collection company is seeking payment again.

I settled an account for less than the amount owed. I was told by the company that they have up to 120 days to update the credit bureaus. Is this true?

I am not behind in any of my bills and make my monthly payments but after everything is paid I have very little left and find myself using my credit cards to carry me through to my next payday. How can you help

I've got a couple Store Front Loans in Tennessee. The ladies that work there, including the manager, are downright NASTY. Their voicemails are horrible, threatening, etc--- just like the illegal ones. I know the store front ones are legal, so my question is: Can I contact them in writing to agree to pay off the loan, but only doing so in payments via money order, sent in, because of the way they treat people? I figured if they attempted to take me to court or anything, it would at least be proof I was trying to pay them off?
