I have received a Civil Court summons for my Chase accounts that are being handled by Zwicker and Assoc stuffed in the door of my house. There are about 9 questions on the last page of this, and am not sure how to answer these questions without making a statement that might incriminate myself somehow. I am presently trying to work on debt settlement with all of my cards. I am in VA. Any suggestions?

I tried to post to my original post "Military Financial" but it takes me to a different thread, so here it goes again. I have a "loan" out with Military Financial. I am in the state of Nevada and took out this loan here. My current outstanding balance is $1487.59. They took $483.00 out today and will take out $525.00 for the next 4 payday and then some change 2 more paydays. I am tired of being on the merry go round and want to stop this vicious cycle. I would like to know how do I go about getting them to stop taking it out of bank account.

I recently got sucked into the payday loan abyss. I currently have loans open with signmyloan.net, Pack Management or B&L, The Titan Group, and Wagesfast.com. After I took these out, I found out that I am going to be losing my job after 17 years.I work in the Pharmaceutical industry.Our company was purchased by Pfizer and they have decided to close our building. I will have a job until June of 2010. I am behind on all of my bills. I am able to pay my rent and my car payment,have no way of catching up right now.

You were all right about B of A being the easiest to deal with. I was 120 days late and returned their call yesterday. They immediately offered me 20% on $22,000 payable in 3 installments. Done! Joining this forum is the reason this happened. Great advise!!!
