Hi All - It's been a while since I've been on line, yet the calls from PDL-yes aka/First National Services keep on coming. I received a voicemail message from Raul on Monday and another call from someone else yesterday, telling me that if I didn't return their call that today my account was being turned over to the state of KY. What I'm wondering is why/what would they turn my account over to the state of KY for if they aren't even a licensed company.....any thoughts?

I'm desperate to find a bank that doesn't use checxsystems. Even a savings account will do. I tried to open a savings account at SalemFive and was denied because I'm on chexsystems, thanks to Bank of America screwing me over :( If anyone knows of any banks or credit unions in the Boston area that don't use chexsystems please let me know! It would be a huge help! Thanks!!!!!!

11/30 I received a call from a man named "Case manager Ray Smith" about a payday loan I defaulted on saying I needed to call in immediately to avoid legal action. I call this man at about 4:45pm after getting the voice mail and I am told by him to call back tomorrow and we will work something out. I call back the next afternoon at 3pm and talk to a woman who's name I did not catch who told me I had to pay by 5pm in full or they would move ahead with the case against me. Of course I do not have $488 to get them on the spot. She hung up when I said I could not get full payment by 5pm.

Am not working and have missed a couple of payments. Rate already at close to 30% and the minimum payment they want is over $700. No way I would be able or willing to pay either rate or minimum. Is it worth writing to state my case?

I am a resident of Washington DC and this loan was made through the internet. Not going through this with you. The Department of Insurance Securities and banking will address the matter with you. You are not abiding by the laws and apparently are not licensed with DC which makes your argument weak.

Hey all....first off, I want to thank everyone on this site for being open and honest and sharing their issues, resolutions and progress. I'm just glad I'm not alone... I can tell you this...the stress of having all of my debt looming over my head has caused me to have issues with anxiety and my stomach. Well....it is what it is...now I have to change it. I am in Massachusetts. I just received a notice from a local district court stating "NOTICE OF EXAMINATION" in the top corner.

Hi, I just wanted to warn people trying to get Wachovia/ Wells Fargo to modifiy your mortgages. You can pretty much give it up. We found out thru our lawyer that they are only doing maybe .5% of their mortgages. We have had our paperwork in, plus updated everything EVERY month, without them even asking for it since Feb 09 and they have NOT even looked at it yet. We have done everything THEY told us to do from the beginning. When we finally gave up, because calling them every month and being told they have not even gotten to it yet, we went and got ourselves a lawyer.

Has anyone had any experience with NCO Financial - I've started receiving calls from them. I haven't spoken with them, just trying to gather information for future use.:p

Has anyone had any experience with Richard J. Boudreau & Asso. LLC. I received a letter stating they a Credit One Bank (Credit Card) has been assigned to this firm. They are located in Salem, NH. I have sent them a letter requesting validation of the debt. Just checking to see if anyone else has experience with them.:p
