Can anyone reccomend a reputable consolidation co. I dont want to do the debt settlement thing, i got burned by the co i was with, but i cannot afford to pay the ca s in full right now thanks

Is there help with reducing or consolidating private and federal student loans to make payment reasonable?

I am thinking about a debt settlement contract with John son Law Group.Any one know them?

Does anyone know who these guys are? Background story: 1-I've been receiving unauthorized SMS text messages linking to this website from phone # 347.841.3842 . 2-I've replied "stop" to the SMS messages (as per their unsubscription instructions) on numerous occasions and yet they still spam me on my phone. 3-I've got a nice TCPA suit written against them, but don't know where to serve it. :-( so if you want to help stick it to a PDL company and know who these guys are, let me know!

My wages were recently attached for my federal student loans. I owe approximately $8K. They are taking 15% of my take-home pay. I cannot dispute that I owe the debt, that isn't in question. However, my ability to pay is the issue. I simply cannot afford to lose ANY of my disposable income. I am single, have 4 children. I do share custody with my ex-husband 50/50, but I still owe him child support in the amount of $160/month. My income was just barely enough before the withholding to put food on the table and cover rent and utilities.

Can you consolidate all bills or just certain ones

best way to recover first 2 months of $800 from FBL/LIFEGUARD/SAFETRUST? I haven't even sent back power of attorney. Any suggestins?

I am so scared, just signed on Nov 12, having buyers remorse. I have 45,000 of credit card debt. I have never missed a payment, the problem is that I live paycheck to pay check and only able to make min payments.

First off we live in Arizona and have 2 loans. One under my husband for 300.00 and one for myself for 400.00. We have only been making the payment for the fees and continuing to extend the loan. WHen the time to extend is up we will pay back the loan and because we are now short on bills nad rent we take out another loan. We are stuck in this rotation and it sucks. This Friday we will both owe on our loand and will not even be able to make the payment for the fees. I believe it is a 60 and 70 dollar amount. We have one extension left but still cannot pay to even extend it.

Hi Everyone, I have posted on here a few times. Here is an update of my Chase encounter. My original balance was $24,000. I offered Chase to settle for 35% ( around $8400)the first month late. They declined several times. They would not offer a decent settlement because they said I transferred some balances to the card just before I quit paying.
