i would apreciate some help if anyone can tell me what will happen. i was served papers from a credit card company who i have not payed in a year, i am in a debt settlment program and have about 2000 dollars in my account, i owe this credit card company 15000 dollars , they are hsbc.

can you include payday loans that are deducted from your checking account every pay period with the debt consolidation?

Has anyone dealt with "Right Direxion" debt help company? And what are the views on them, if so?

I DV'ed Asset Acceptance. I received receipt that they received my letter. They still have not validated the debt with me and are continuing to call and send "settlement" letters. What is my next step?

I was on here a couple of weeks ago and got advice on how to write a letter to the credit bureau on illegal payday loans reported on my credit report. I sent them a letter along with copies of Missouri payday loan laws along with the form letter that was provided to me here. I also filled out one of their dispute forms that was online and included it. I got the result today and they still remain on my credit report. There are three of them from 2004. They are all listed with Certified Recovery collection agency.

*POSTED ON ANOTHER FORUM TOO* For the past 6 months I have been getting this really weird phone call from some man with a heavy accent. He says that I took out a loan with fast cash international and "never intended to pay them back." The phone number is 626 380 2177. He says that there has been a lawsuit against me and I need to appear in court on Nov. 11th in California. I live in Illinois and he told me that If I don't show up then they will come to arrest me. I laughed at him and he got mad and hung up.

Hi all, I have five loans out with online payday lenders. I reside in California and recently spoke with Oak View Law Group, a debt consolidation company. I did some research on this company and found that they do have a BBB Rating of A- and i found a lot of good reviews on them. I just wanted to see if anyone here has heard of them and if so, is it good or bad to use them to clean up my payday debts? Thanks!
