Ok I closed my bank account account on 10/27 with hard hold and all and sent out my revoking ACH withdrawal e-mails as advised. I didn't realize what kind of situation I had until I went through my bank statements to cross reference PDL deposits and withdrawals! Just like everyone else I had to keep borrowing from one to pay another thinking my situation was going to change!There were about 16 different companies involved!Half of them shouldn't even bother replying back since they have been paid way more than the original loan's values!

What does Plaintiff has propounded discovery to the defendant mean? They have sent me nothing asking for discovery. They, Trash Heads CACH, LLC attorney is asking for another continuance. This is there 2nd one. How can I stop this? It has been 3 months since they filed this case. If they have their crap togeather than lets get it on if not why should they be given more time to get it? Well, it seems that GEMB has hired both Encore & Allied Interstate to collect on their behalf. I added this information on my other thread, but I thought since this is a new collection agency, I should start a new thread to find out how to proceed. Allied Interstate started calling me last week. Because of their reputation, I believe they are the ones who are incessantly calling my sister looking for me. It's either Allied or Encore (who I haven't heard from in 1.5 weeks). Allied is calling from (877) 225-1118. I sent them a DV with a limited C&D.

I have 3 BOA CC = $13k and 4 Chase CC = $9k. I was on a DMP through CCCS Nevada they failed to pay my creditors on time leading to late fees, long story short I stop their services and now interested in a settlement. I called BOA & Chase they said they will not work with me because I was already on DMP, all they could do is refer me to another 3rd party credit counselor. My last payment was on Sept. 14, they have not called at all. Will they really not work with me because I was on DMP or is just to early to talk settlement?

A collection agency calls me, send me statements, and reports to all three credit bureaus that I am past due. The debt was paid and the collector continues to try to collect. I have notified them, in writing, to stop, and they keep calling. Should I report them the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of the State?
