I have several payday loans which i now am in the process of working out pay arrangements with. To Go Cash just called at my work. I don't have a loan with them. Are they under some other name? Can anyone help. Their phone number is 1-888-367-8585. I will call them back after work but i need to stop them calling me here. I sent do not call letters to all companies. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I am in Delaware and and finally taking control of my out of control life!! I am dealing with four loans - three in my name, one in my husbands name. Two are with Check N Go and I am hoping they will work with me. My question is about Get E Cash and Eastside. Are these legal loans in Delaware? Delaware pay day laws are very confusing to me! Also, I do see that the legal limit for loans in Delaware is $500.00 and Check N Go and Eastside both loaned me over that amount. Is this information that I can use to perhaps help me reach settlements with these companies.

Interesting development today. The Minnesota Attorney General's Office sent Ashland Marketing a letter demanding their license number to lend in Minnesota. Today I got an email from them: It says the following: Applicant# 91421 Dear , Your account with Ashland Funding was sent to Debt Management Partners, 1-800-883-9067 Thank you, iCollect Now what do I do. I will contact the Attorney General's office and see if I can forward this email to them. But how interesting that this happens days after a letter was sent to them.

I have a question for a friend of mine because I didnt think this could be done. 7 years ago her and her husband went through a bankruptcy and her debts discharged, one of which was a Home Equity Loan, it was included in the bankruptcy and is listed in the discharge papers. When she did a small refinance last year $10,000 to update her home, she was told they had to include that old home equity loan that was included and discharged in her bankruptcy. So, her loan ended up being over $35,000.

I had previously read on here that the 'date reported' was important for your score. in other words, if i am paying down a 4 year old collectoin, the score will look at the aging of the last payment instead of the fact that's 4 years old (i had originally thought that after a few years these things hurt you less) well when looking at my report today i see i have one CA that has a report date of 9/2009 and i haven't done anything with this account as its 6 years old and paid off.
