Most of my debt is to credit collection companies for hospitals/medical bills. Can you help with that? I want to consolidate all of my debt.

OK, so I handled all of my online PDL's yesterday, I use Bank of America & they can't close the account, because and ACH will just re-open it, so the guy I talked to (after 2 hours) found a trickey way to handle it. Lucky for me he fell into the same thing a few months ago. I only hope it works. I went home & emialed out all the letters I had email address for & this morngin I faxed the other 2. so now, I have PDL's 2 with stores here in Michigan. I don't think they are legal in Michigan, based on the Mi.gov web-site.

Mann Bracken currently has a student loan of mine in collections. Their intent is to sue because I can't come up with the $38,000 settlement or the $10,000 down payment their asking. When they called this morning I broke down and talked to them. I was sick of them calling 4 or 5 times before 9am. The lady I spoke to was pleasant. Which compared to the first guy I spoke to, was a blessing. When she heard my dog barking in the background she said she loved dogs and asked what kind he was. I told her he's a 4 year old bulldog.

As soon as i get the amounts borrowed and paid together I will post them. I would appreciate any help you can offer. If these hit my account Friday, it will leave me almost broke for two weeks.

I emailed a C&D letter and I received a email from them for me to review the loan documents which states the laws govering this loan are the laws of Nevis. What should I do?

I have got in a jam with all my payday loans. They are all store front places. Im located in Ohio. I have a total of about $2500 in loans. They are all past due hence I was not able to pay them off. One of the places is taking me to small claims court, i received the letter in the mail. 2 place keep trying to get in contact with me, I have been ignoring their calls cause I really dont know what to do? The other place I havnt honestly heard from them at all witch worries me the most.. Any help would be appreciated, sorry for the long post!!

Hi All- I've been a lurker on this board for awhile. I actually just recently got in touch with credit couseling services regarding a possible DMP. It turns out that they could have me debt free by 2013, however, the payment was outrageous. I think it was actually more than what I pay in a months time to my debts. There was no way I could afford it. So that leaves me wondering- what's left?

Just keeping you posted on what's happening with my battles. Integrity Advance is stating there is no Federal law stating they have to hold a license in my state or any state to loan they only need one in their state and are standing firm..US Fast Cash is stating the usual template letter going around on the internet and unless I have a valid complaint as to how loan was handled no go with them. BB is involved as well as FTC haven't heard back from atty general yet. I live in Wi..so what do you suggest I reply to them after their comeback.
