I received a phone call from Bar Asset Group with a Doc. #. I gave them a credit card #, and had first of 3 payments made. Was this a mistake? I'm wondering now if they can even have a summons served so quickly, given that I found out they are a collection agency.

hello all, i had a cc from cap. one and now is in the hands of daniels law office. well over the w/e i got the mail and there was a court summons (blue form). they were taking me to small claims court. But here is what happened. i made payment arrangement w/ daniels so every week there is a dummy check presented to my bank money is withdrawn and that goes toward the bal owed on my account. the troubel was the money was not being taken out when it was suppoesed to so a couple of times i got nfs charged to my account but then they would re-deposit that check and the check would go through.

I wanted to post this before but I didn't have time. But there is a class action lawsuit pending for residents of WI against Arrowhead Investments. It is for ALL customers who entered into a loan agreement in the state of Wisconsin between Dec 21,2001 And Dec 21, 2007. Terms of settlement are 1. Arrowhead will pay $180,000 (should be more I think) 2.In exchange for payment, the class and the state will release arrowhead from all individual,class,and state claims alleged in complaints 3.

this person has gotten through the spam filter.i have removed about 5 posts.nothing but nonsense in the consolidation and settlement forum.

3 Payments behind. Received letter stating account is being processed for legal action against me. Will be hearing from their collection agency or attorney. What happened to 180 days and chargeoff? Will they offer settlement or sue???:confused:
