Has anyone defaulted on a checksmart storefront loan? I did two weeks ago and wondering what to expect since they will not let me make payments?

How can I get my data and or ID entirely removed from credit rating companies...?

So I'm looking to file Chapter 13 soon, so I can get a handle on my bills and catch up on my car payments. Well I just discoverd that the credit union my loan is with is not perfected for the lien on my car title. I bought the car April 2007 and financed it with americredit with a crazy interest rate. So last year I refinanced with a credit union and got a lower rate. So a few months ago the credit union contacted me about the title. I never paid attention to the title stuff and it never came up when I refianced it. So I honestly never thought twice about it.

Just wondering if when u close your account with the banks, do ipdls but the stuff on your credit report that you are defaulting? and if they keep calling, does it help to change your phone number?? My payments would have been due yesterday and I'm waiting for the insanity to insue. I have faxed or mailed the letters that were posted. I guess i'm just wondering if anyone can fill me in on ways to deal with whats next??

hi, my perkins loan is in default 2500, stafford 12,000, and credit card 2500. can perkins loans in default be consolidated? the school says i need to pay the full sum before i will be able to recieve federal aid again, so i can continue school. also, can my credit card be bundled in with these? thank you, maxfield

I am a plan member with an ARAG group. I just made an appointment to see one of the referred attorney for debt negoitation. Would that help me in getting my debts settled.

I know the laws for store front payday lenders but what about internet loans? Has anyone contacted the AG's office in SC - if an internet company let me roll over a dozen times, is this illegal is SC?
