Is there anyway to unfreeze a joint account. THe account got frozen without any summons to me or my mother. THe account has my name and my mother's name on it.
I have an account with Vantage Credit Union in Missouri. My situation is I spoke to a customer service representative who told me I could place a block on my account to stop ALL transactions from coming through. At the time I was still in good standing with my PDLs and had not cancelled my payroll deposit to the account. I called the PDLs and had 5 that would not work with me, and due to ths website I found they were illegal. I called back to place the block and customer service had no idea what I was talking about!!!
I am having a problem with the IC Collectors associated with Paypal. After a lady pulled a fast one on me and did a chargeback on an item that I sold, I am wondering if there is any action that can be taken to ensure that my credit does not get affected. The only problem that I am having is that my dilemma entered IC systems in April of this year. I told them that I want to exercise my rights under the Fairness and Credit Report Act but the lady on the other line just kept on yelling at me that I would have to pay back the debt or else it would escalate to the next level.
Hello, i was just wondering how long will it take the payday loan companies to take me to court?
The reason i'm asking is because i'm about to default on my loans and i need 3 months after i default to save money to file for bankruptcy!
I'm so scared and so nervous, i cant believe i got myself in this mess!

Does anyone know if Cardinal Management has a storefront in the state of KY? I took out a payday loan from them for $200, have already paid $360 and now they are trying to garnish my wages...if anyone can help me that would be great
