Has anyone hear of Eclipse Resolutions, LLC? Apparently they are a colection agency..Was wondering if anyone has worked with them..

I am currently working with care one to tkae care of my credit card accounts. What i'm wondering is does this bring my score down and also do they do anything that I would not be able to do my self? Would i be able to negotiate with my creditors to set up payments directly with them? should I go it alone or should I stick with careone?

I was served about a year ago and I answered the papers as I was supposed to answer. I denied the claim against me and I asked for verification of the old debt. I filed the answer with the court house and Cach LLC lawyers. I then just a day ago received my court date for next month. I live in Texas. I have for verification from Cach to make sure this is my old debt and they have never responded. They have tried to get me to make a few payments but when I press them for details I never get any, so I have never paid. I would like to make sure this is actually my old debt.

Ok, this is going to be a long one. I need a little help in where to go next. Back in jan of 09 I pulled my 3 bureau credit report. There was a listing on there being reported to Equifax and Experian. The equifax report said Asset Acceptance account number etc.. Dell Finance Open account 3,548.00 date opened 1/1/0001. At least 120 days past due 2,838.00 Collection Account. Experian reported:Asst Acceptance account number unknown credit extention, review or collection 3,541.00 Date opened 2/1/2007. Closed Seriously past due assigned terms 1 month.

I have salliemae loans going into default, no notice yet, but soon, what do I need to do within the 30 days to request a hearing to stop immediate garnishment. Filed for chapter 7 in 2002. My lawyer adviesed to file quickly because the law was about to change and would require a chapter 7 to remain on your record for ten years. So now seven years later I'm super excited to move on and now my report said in will be removed in 2012 what gives.

I have 2 internet PDLs: Discount Advances orig amount = $420 paid $57.75 Integrity Advance orig amount = $400 paid $360.00 I live in Arkansas. I have managed to pay off 3 other PDL's. I had to borrower in order to pay for a move closer to my job. My problem is I work for a Bank and I can't close my account.
