I just looked at mycredit report my HSBC account with my sons repos States... charged off $8500 written off. What is this stating?

I live in Pennsylvania.My husband divorced me in 2006 and ever since then struggled to keep current on my cc bills. Had to find a roof over my head so that became top priority in my life and still is. Needless to say had to survive with only my income and my own rent. So cc bills became a last priority to get paid. Some years later I have a sherriff show up to serve me papers from Mr Apothaker that I am being sued. I don't know who the original creditor is as it has Northstar Capital which I do not have any idea who they are.

I apologize in advance, this is going to be a long post. Around Nov. or Dec. of 08 I decided that it was time for me to go back to school and finish my degree. I had been saying that I was going to do it forever but never had the time. When I suddenly found myself unemployed and seemingly without hoping of finding another job for quite sometime, like a lot of people, I decided what a great time to head back to school. The only problem was those damn student loans that I never took care of.

I have 3 payday loans and can get nowhere at this point, need a way out.. They are: Oneclick - $500, was up to a balance of 820, paid them 350, agreed to pay another 470 but couldnt do that this time AdvanceAmerica - 500, paid none Integrity Advance - 500, paid none It seems that oneclick may work with me to pay the balance, but remains to be seen. Advanceamerica calls everyday and don't seem to want to offer any agreement.. Integrity is trouble now.. ANy help appreciated!!

I randomly pull my credit report to make sue things are on the up and up. A while back I had some issues with CA all of sudden coming out of the woodwork. Well, someone charged stuff, etc...I had no proff, other than I know it wasn't me. Police said it happened to long ago (2 years) yadda yadda. they wouldn't take a report...so, here I am, staring at a credit report. The CA on the report is Portfolio Recovery. I DV'd them a while back when I was getting letters from CA's...So, each time they sent me back a paper just saying their acct number, the amount due and my name.
