So I am pretty much done with all my Internet payday loans. I just gave a little more to pay on my principal but everything is pretty much settled. Now I have questions about my flatire front loans. I live in Michigan and have 2 loans, Check N Go and Advance America. Since I am playing catch up, I entered into an EPP with both and have not paid anything but I am due on May 9th but don't have the funds to pay the $225 to pay each loan. My checking account has a hard block so they can not get into them. I'm just wondering what I should do. Do I call them and explain my situation?

I have received three voice mails from Walter White with Central Check Processing stating that I am going to be prosecuted for check fraud and that they are required to by the company I supposedly owe this money to. One voice mail was left on my mothers home phone, my cell phone and my work phone. He did not state that this was an attempt to collect a debt and even left my drivers licence number on my work phone. When I called the contact number left on the voice mails and was finally able to speak with Walter, he stated that the debt was owed to Cash Net USA aka Advance America.

I would like to consolidate all of my loans.

Would credit union and or back do a consolidation debit loan?

Legal Recovery Law Office. On April 18, 2013 I received a letter from an agency called uGotFICO, Inc. telling me I had a judgment against me OCSuperior Court and the case #. This company helps you with debt collectors. I told her I never received a summons or was served. She told me the dates the court has on record. She helped me navigate through the Court web site to look at the judgment. Judgment was in October 23, 2012, and proof of service July 3, 2012. I down loaded the Judgment and the proof of service. Because I never received a summons or was served.

I had a loan with Peppercash.com and received a deposit of $800 on 12/31/2011, and had 4 bi-weekly withdrawals of $200 and 1 bi-weekly withdrawal of $50 debited from my account. This resulted in an overpayment of $50. I live in Arizona and in April 2012 I sent Peppercash an ACH revocation letter and closed my bank account.
