So i just recently made a settlement on two credit cards with the same bank. I made sure i got everything in writing and sent my payment with a copy of my settlement letters by certified mall. This was just last month i would say around the 25th of Aug. They applied my payment and i thought everything was good but just received another bill from them. What is up with that is it just there system isn't updated or is something wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help. I took out a loan from 1000cashovernight and I think it is also known as International Payment Services back in February of 2009 and still haven't paid it off. I live in Ca. and here is the need info: Original amount: 300.00 2/13/09 Paid so far: 3/5- 75.00 3/20-75.00 4/6-75.00 4/20-75.00 5/5-75.00 5/20-75.00 I also sent them a money order for 50.00 on July 5th. They have stopped taking ACH from my bank as it was overdrawn and we agreed to send western union until I found out how much it cost.

I'm in a plan for 42 mths Im wondering with all the fees that will pile up while saving how is this going to effect the settlement. And will I get a better deal because the debts will sit for so long how does it work.

I have taken all the proper steps: Hard ACH block on bank account, closed the account and opened up a new one, then sent my wage revocation and the basic letter to the Internet PDL I have been raped by. Via fax, email, and certified mail. I now have a new checking account and savings account at a completely different bank.

I want to apply for a Ford consolidatin loan, but they will not approve it while I am in garnishment. The collection agency I am working with has arranged payments for me (if I make 4 payments., I go out of garnishment), but under the condition that I apply for the Ford loan through them: they are tacking on another $15K for this service.

I live in Los Angeles, California and have 4 pay day loans which have been refinance for several months, one is Impact Cash loan amount was $350.00 with $105 bi-monthly fee; 2nd is 500 Fast Cash loan amount $350.00 with $105 bi-monthly feee; 3rd is Titan Group LLC loan amount $300 with $90 bi-monthly fee; 4th is Cash Supply loan amount $900.00 with $225 bi-monthly charge, are all these loans legal in California? if not what can I do to stop their charges?

I have a charged off account with Bank of America on my Credit Report for $767. There is no collections on my report but I recieve phone calls everyday from a law firm. I have refused to answer or return the calls out of principle since they never say what they are calling for, however I know they must have bought the debt. How is it not on my credit report?

I am from NY and I am in so much debt with pay day loans. I want to pay them back but I don't know where or how to start. They are harrassing me on my job and even my supervisors. Can anyone tell me what steps I can take to help my situation?

A few months ago when I was on vacation I requested a payday loan online and received three separate loans. I originally thought I was getting one, but I got an email saying I needed to finish my application, which I later realized was from a separate company, and I ended up with three. I've gone through Your Payday Loan help to consolidate these loans and settle them, and so far I haven't heard from the two other lenders.
